By using our services, you confirm that:

  • You are legally allowed to enter into agreements in your country
  • You will provide accurate and truthful information

If you are under 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Payments & Refunds

  • Payments must be made in advance unless agreed otherwise.
  • All prices are communicated clearly before work begins.
  • Due to the digital and custom nature of our services, refunds are not guaranteed once work has started.
  • Refunds may be considered only if we fail to deliver the agreed service.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel services if payment is not completed.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate requirements and materials on time
  • Not request illegal, abusive, harmful, or copyrighted content without permission
  • Cooperate during the project to avoid delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by missing information or lack of communication from the client.

5. Revisions & Modifications

  • Revisions are limited to what is agreed upon before the project starts.
  • Additional changes may require extra charges.
  • Major changes after approval may reset delivery timelines.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, ownership of the final delivered work is transferred to the client unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.
  • We retain ownership of any tools, templates, or pre-made code used in the project.

7. Service Availability & Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time
  • Refuse service to anyone for abusive, illegal, or harmful behavior
  • Terminate ongoing services if terms are violated

No compensation will be provided for termination due to ToS violations.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Loss of data, revenue, or reputation
  • Account bans or suspensions on Discord, YouTube, Instagram, or other platforms
  • Issues caused by third-party services or platforms

All services are provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Third-Party Platforms

Our services may interact with third-party platforms (e.g., Discord, Google, Meta). You agree to follow their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for actions taken by these platforms.
